CLASSIFICATION OF THE POWERS OF THE PROSECUTOR TO SUPERVISE THE PROCEDURAL ACTIVITIES OF THE BODIES OF INQUIRY

Abstract

The presented research is aimed at identifying the features of the powers of prosecutors of the Russian Federation for the procedural activities of inquiry bodies, determining the grounds for their classification. The authors define the normative basis for the activities of prosecutors of the Russian Federation. The main emphasis is on the classification of supervisory powers of prosecutors, i.e. dividing them into several groups, considering the functional purpose as a basis.
