PROBLEMS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND INVESTIGATIVE BODIES: WAYS TO SOLVE THEM

Abstract

The article examines the system of law enforcement agencies, and specifically the actual problems of interaction between the prosecutor's office and investigative agencies. Analyzing the current legislation, law enforcement practices and scientific research, the authors identify key problems in the organization of their joint work. Special attention is paid to the issues of procedural control, prosecutorial supervision and the division of powers between departments. This article contains proposals on specific ways to solve the identified problems, which are aimed at improving the effectiveness of cooperation between the prosecutor's office and investigative authorities within the framework of current legislation. The conclusions and recommendations reflected in the article can be used to improve legal regulation and law enforcement practice in this area.
