PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BODIES OF INQUIRY: PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract

The presented study is aimed at considering issues related to the definition of the powers of the prosecutor to supervise the activities of the bodies of inquiry. The author sets a goal in the form of identifying problematic aspects that characterize the regulatory and legal regulation of this type of prosecutorial supervisory activity. Upon the revealed inaccuracies in the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, proposals are being put forward to address them.
