Abstract

the presented article analyzes some of the features of the detention of a person in cases related to crimes in the field of illicit trafficking in firearms and ammunition. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of detention at all stages of criminal proceedings. The author conducts a study of the features of the voluntary issuance of weapons and ammunition during detention, and also formulated the key conclusions set out in the conclusion to the article.
