SOME PROBLEMS OF INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

the presented article is aimed at producing an analysis of the current state of the normative-legal regulation of the procedure for conducting investigative actions in the Russian Federation. The purpose of such an analysis is to identify gaps and other problems that characterize individual norms of the current Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in terms of determining the procedure and other aspects related to the conduct of investigative actions. Based on the results of the analysis of each of the identified problems, the author's proposal is formulated aimed at eliminating it by amending the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
