PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION DURING THE ELECTION OF A PREVENTIVE MEASURE AT THE PRE-TRIAL STAGE

Abstract

This article analyses key aspects of the legal status of the prosecutor in the context of consideration of issues related to the application of preventive measures, including preventive measure in the form of detention in custody. In addition, gaps in criminal procedural legislation relating to this area are identified and approaches to their elimination are proposed.
