TEACHING STAFF: SOME ASPECTS OF SOCIAL SUPPORT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

"Teaching staff" is a general collective concept in the Russian Federation, its definition is regulated by legislation. We can consider the concepts of "teacher" and "teacher" more familiar to the layman as a position. At the same time, the state enshrines the right to certain social guarantees for teachers, including early retirement. There are a number of problems of the conceptual apparatus and the right to early retirement, some of which we would like to reflect in this article.
