Abstract

In this article the author analyzes the problems, that educational organization managers face in the management process, examines a strategic management model that will help to see what issues the director delegates to his team, what issues he reserves for himself, what areas of activity are a priority when drawing up the school's management profile, since ensuring high-quality and comprehensive education for the younger generation largely depends on the effectiveness of the educational organization's management.
