PERSONNEL FOR THE REGIONS: PROBLEMS OF ENSURING AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract

The article discusses the importance of providing regions with highly qualified personnel in the context of digitalization of the economy, identifies problems inherent in the labor markets of the regions of Russia, identifies current trends in their development and presents the main directions of measures to improve regional labor markets in order to meet the needs of the regional economy in personnel of the necessary quantitative and qualitative composition.
