PROBLEMS OF EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION OF PARKING PLACE IN THE MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

This research examines the problem of organizing parking place in urban conditions using the example of the city of Belgorod. The authors analyze the current state of municipal parking space, including the regulatory framework, and propose an integrated approach to parking management that includes planning, regulation, control and the use of innovative technologies. Based on parking occupancy data and public opinion surveys, the authors identify key problems such as insufficient parking spaces and dissatisfaction with public transport, and propose solutions to optimize parking space utilization and improve transport accessibility.
