Abstract

The article examines the current issues of managing the competitiveness of enterprises in the Donetsk People's Republic in the context of intensification of global risks and their absorption by the national economy. The paper proposes a system of reversible management strategies, which allows to achieve a compromise between profitability and liquidity indicators.
