STATE COOPERATION IN COUNTERING CYBER TERRORISM: CURRENT PROBLEMS AND WAYS TO SOLVE THEM
Abstract
The article discusses the current problems of international legal cooperation in the field of countering cyberterrorism. The author analyzes the existing doctrinal approaches and regulatory gaps in the regulation of cyber threats. Special attention is paid to the issues of unification of the conceptual framework and mechanisms of mutual legal assistance between states. The directions of improving international cooperation to increase the effectiveness of combating cyberterrorist attacks are proposed.
