ACTS OF PROSECUTORIAL RESPONSE DURING THE SUPERVISION OF THE EXECUTION OF SENTENCES

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the Federal Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation", departmental orders of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and judicial practice materials, the collective article examines the system of prosecutorial response acts used in the field of supervision of the execution of sentences. The authors identify criteria for the effectiveness of these acts, consider the problems of exercising prosecutorial powers in correctional institutions, and suggest ways to improve law enforcement practice.
