EFFECTIVENESS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION IN THE FIELD OF MIGRATION

Abstract

The article examines the legal grounds, organizational mechanisms, and practical results of prosecutorial supervision in the field of migration in the Russian Federation. It analyzes the powers of the prosecutor's office in identifying violations of migration legislation, cooperation with executive authorities, and problematic aspects that reduce the effectiveness of supervisory activities. Based on the study of current legislation and the opinions of researchers, the article formulates conclusions on the directions for improving prosecutorial supervision in this area.
