LEGAL ANALYSIS OF OBJECTS OF HOUSING LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the objects of housing law in the Russian Federation. On the basis of the provisions of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and doctrinal approaches, the concept and system of residential premises as key objects of housing legal relations are studied. The legal features of residential premises are analyzed: immovable character, isolation, suitability for permanent residence, purpose. The species classification of residential premises (residential building, apartment, room) is considered, defects in legal equipment in their legislative definition are identified.
