MEANS OF PROSECUTORIAL RESPONSE TO ILLEGAL REGULATORY LEGAL ACTS

Abstract

This article examines the means of prosecutorial response to illegal regulatory legal acts within the framework of the supervisory activities of the prosecutor's office. The legal basis of the acts of prosecutorial response, the existing problems of the application of individual acts of response and their use are considered. The effectiveness is analyzed and recommendations for improving the regulatory framework and organizational approaches are proposed.
