COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF CREDIT AND LOAN CONTRACTS IN RUSSIAN CIVIL LAW

Abstract

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of two types of civil law obligations: the loan agreement and the loan contract. It examines the criteria for distinguishing between these types of contracts based on their subject matter, form, date of conclusion, and interest accrual. The article also focuses on the legal issues that arise in the enforcement of these types of contracts. The article concludes that it is necessary to distinguish between these two types of contracts and suggests solutions to the existing problems in their application.
