CONTRACT OF SUBCONTRACTING IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: FEATURES AND LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract
This article examines the features of the legal regulation of the contract of employment in the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and materials of judicial practice, the legal characteristics of this institution are revealed, its essential conditions are determined, and the distinctive features that allow distinguishing employment from related civil law contracts are identified. The article discusses a number of problems of this legal institution and proposes solutions.
