Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to the study of prosecutorial supervision in the field of ensuring the legality of regulatory legal acts of state authorities and local self-government. The legal foundations of the activities of prosecutor's offices, the powers of prosecutors, and the forms of their response are considered. Legal acts and scientific approaches are analyzed, and conclusions are formulated.
