THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING AND LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article examines the transformation of traditional housing legal relations under the influence of digital technologies: the introduction of electronic passports for apartment buildings, the automation of general meetings of owners, the use of smart home technologies, and the remote conclusion of real estate transactions using biometric identification. Based on an analysis of the latest regulations (Federal Law No. 133-FZ dated June 7, 2025, the Concept for the Digitalization of Multi-Dwelling Houses until 2030, and GOSTs in the field of cyber-physical systems) and the scientific views of leading legal experts.
