Abstract

This article examines and analyzes prosecutorial responses as part of the mechanism for protecting human and civil rights and freedoms. It examines their legal basis, types, regulatory framework, and potential problems that may arise when assessing their effectiveness and ensuring compliance. Based on a review of legislation and academic sources, the main obstacles are identified and proposals for overcoming them are formulated.
