FEATURES AND PROBLEMS OF THE STORAGE AGREEMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article examines the storage contract, which occupies one of the leading positions among civil law agreements. Its development has been marked by significant dynamics and a rich history. Based on the analysis of doctrinal provisions and court practice materials, the article identifies key challenges related to the legal regulation of this type of contract. It examines the fundamental principles and norms that determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the procedures for concluding and executing this contract. Special attention is given to the issues of liability for non-fulfillment or incorrect fulfillment of contractual obligations. The article examines the prerequisites and circumstances leading to liability, as well as the measures applied to violators.
