LABOR RELATIONS INVOLVING FOREIGN WORKERS

Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of labor relations involving foreign workers in the context of international private law. The article explores the controversial issues of including labor relations in the subject of international private law, analyzes the system of conflict of laws principles (lex loci laboris, autonomy of will, the law of the closest connection), as well as the legal status of foreign workers in the Russian Federation.
