TOPICAL ISSUES OF PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWS ON MINORS AND YOUTH

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of prosecutor's supervision of the implementation of legislation on minors and youth in the conditions of interdepartmental regulation and the growth of social risks. The article considers the regulatory guidelines for supervisory activities, typical violations in the system of prevention, in the educational and medical spheres, as well as the difficulties of proving and monitoring the actual elimination of violations. The paper substantiates ways to improve the effectiveness of supervision through precise definition of the subject of inspection, correct selection of response measures, and strengthening the evidence base.
