THE ROLE OF PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION IN ENSURING THE UNITY OF THE LEGAL SPACE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the role of prosecutorial supervision as a mechanism for maintaining uniform application of legal norms in the Russian Federation. It specifically examines the constitutional and other legislative aspects of this activity, the main areas of supervision over the observance of rights and the legality of legal acts, and the challenges of ensuring the hierarchy of legal norms and responding to violations.
