PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OVER THE EXECUTION OF CORRECTIONAL LABOR
Abstract
In the article, the authors reflect the specifics of the prosecutor's supervision of the execution of correctional labor and summarize the relevant conclusions. Based on the analysis of legislation, departmental acts and scientific doctrine, key factors that reduce its effectiveness are identified. In conclusion, a set of measures is proposed to improve supervision, including the specialization of prosecutors, the transition to on-site inspections, strengthening the responsibility of employers and the creation of secure channels of appeals from convicts.
