PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPULSORY LABOR

Abstract

The article discusses the problems of carrying out punishments in the form of compulsory works. The legal nature of this type of punishment, its place in the system of punishments not related to isolation from society, is considered. The organizational and legal difficulties of carrying out supervisory functions by prosecutors, the problems of interaction between the criminal executive inspectorates (UII) and local government bodies and employers, are investigated.
