Abstract

This article examines key trends in the scientific and technological development of economic and social sectors in the context of the current geopolitical reality (using Russia as an example, 2025–2026). Particular attention is paid to the bioeconomy as a new industrial paradigm, as well as the role of cross-cutting technologies (artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, new materials) in the transformation of industry and healthcare. The mechanism of technology transfer as a critical bridge between fundamental science and the real sector is analyzed. Various transfer models (liberal, forced, and voluntary) are considered in the context of international cooperation and ensuring technological sovereignty. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of human resources and ethical regulation for sustainable development.
