PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUNISHMENTS AGAINST MINORITY CONDEMNED PERSONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the current problems that arise during the implementation of prosecutor's supervision over the execution of criminal penalties for minors. The legal, organizational, and methodological aspects of the prosecutor's activities in this area are considered. Special attention is paid to the legal status of minors, their increased vulnerability, and the need to create conditions for their social reintegration.
