PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF THE EXECUTION OF PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF IMPRISONMENT

Abstract

the article presents an analysis of some problems of the implementation of prosecutor's supervision of the execution of punishment in the form of imprisonment. As a problem, the lack of proper mechanisms for responding and identifying by the prosecutor the facts of causing bodily harm to convicts is noted. As a direction for improvement, the need to modernize the regulatory regulation of unscheduled inspections in institutions for the execution of punishments in the form of imprisonment is noted.
