PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF THE EXECUTION OF PUNISHMENTS IN THE FORM OF CORRECTIONAL WORK

Abstract

This work is devoted to the actual issues of the organization and implementation of the supervisory activities of the prosecutor's office in the sphere of the execution of punishments in the form of correctional work. Based on the systematic analysis of law enforcement practice and the results of specialized prosecutor's inspections, the article identifies complex violations that occur both in the activities of the penal inspection and in the organizations responsible for the execution of this type of punishment.
