PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF A FINE

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the main problems of prosecutor's supervision of the implementation of punishment in the form of a fine, consideration of possible ways to solve them and proposals for improving the current legislation. Penalties dominate in the arsenal of administrative measures implemented by the judicial authorities of Russia. Nevertheless, the actual collection of the assigned amounts faces significant obstacles: the ineffectiveness of the financial mechanisms for enforcement, the lack of coordination between the authorities and the relevant institutions that oversee the implementation of court decisions. Prosecutorial bodies occupy a central position in the system of guarantees for legitimacy and public order, overseeing the observance of civil rights and state interests.
