Abstract

This work is devoted to the consideration of some problematic aspects related to the evaluation of evidence. The article discusses the basic principles and methods of evaluating evidence, as well as identifies the main causes of problems in their assessment. The authors present recommendations and solutions to improve the evidence assessment process and increase its reliability and objectivity.
