CURRENT PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-IMPRISONMENT PUNISHMENTS

Abstract

This scientific article focuses on some issues related to the prosecutor's supervision of the enforcement of non-custodial penalties. The authors highlight the specific nature of supervisory activities in this area and conclude that the existing guidelines provided by the prosecutor's office need to be updated to reflect current realities. They also emphasize the importance of modernizing the prosecutor's supervision of the activities of the penal inspection services.
