PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OF THE LABOR RIGHTS OF PRISONERS

Abstract

The article aims to conduct a legal analysis of prosecutorial supervision over the observance of the labor rights of convicts sentenced to imprisonment. This article examines the legal basis for the implementation of the right to work and the obligations of convicts sentenced to imprisonment, as well as prosecutorial supervision over the observance of the labor rights of convicts sentenced to imprisonment. As a result of the study, it is concluded that it is necessary to amend the current legislation and include organizations that are not part of the penal system, where the convict performs the duty specified in Article 103 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation, among the supervised entities.
