Abstract

This article examines the issue of prosecutorial supervision of the execution of imprisonment. It identifies the factors that hinder the effective implementation of prosecutorial supervision in this area. The article proposes practical and legislative measures that contribute to the implementation of constitutional human rights principles by the state.
