PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OVER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-CORRUPTION LEGISLATION
Abstract
The article analyzes the current problems of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of anti-corruption legislation in state and municipal bodies. The shortcomings of the regulatory and legal regulation of this area of supervisory activity are considered, organizational and procedural barriers that reduce the effectiveness of anti-corruption supervision are identified. The prospects for improving the legal mechanisms of prosecutorial response to corruption offenses are substantiated.
