Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the powers of the prosecutor in the field of supervision over the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms. The article examines the legislative foundations of this activity, the subject and limits of prosecutorial supervision, the specific powers of the prosecutor and acts of prosecutorial response, as well as the problems of their implementation in modern practice.
