PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF OBSERVANCE OF LABOR RIGHTS OF MINORS

Abstract

This article examines the specifics of prosecutorial oversight of minors' labor rights in the Russian Federation. It analyzes labor legislation and the powers of prosecutorial authorities, identifies typical violations of minors' rights, and identifies challenges in law enforcement. Particular attention is given to prosecutorial responses and areas for improving oversight activities.
