PROBLEMS OF PREVENTING THE INVOLVEMENT OF MINORS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF TERRORIST, EXTREMIST, AND OTHER RADICAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The article discusses the current problems of countering the involvement of minors in the destructive activities of radical structures. It analyzes modern methods of recruitment, as well as the psychological and social factors that make teenagers vulnerable. Special attention is paid to gaps in the current legislation and law enforcement practice, as well as the insufficient effectiveness of existing preventive measures. The author proposes a comprehensive approach to solving the problem, which includes improving the regulatory framework, introducing innovative methods of educational work, and strengthening the role of civil society institutions.
