PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OF THE LEGALITY OF CRIMINAL CASES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of prosecutorial supervision over the legality of the termination of criminal cases. The article defines the category of the termination of criminal cases. It examines the legal basis, the procedure for carrying out the supervisory functions of the prosecutor's office, and the problems and prospects for improving the mechanism for monitoring the termination of criminal prosecution. The article proposes possible solutions to the problems of monitoring the termination of criminal prosecution.
