CURRENT ISSUES IN PROTECTING MINORS' RIGHTS TO HEALTHCARE BY THE PROSECUTOR
Abstract
This article examines a range of current issues related to prosecutorial protection of minors' rights to health care. The author examines the effectiveness of current prosecutorial responses, including judicial protection, and analyzes controversial issues related to improving interagency cooperation and the possible creation of specialized structures. Finally, proposals are formulated to strengthen guarantees for the realization of minors' constitutional right to health care through improved prosecutorial oversight.
