ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF THE PROSECUTOR'S PROTECTION OF THE LABOR RIGHTS OF MINORS
Abstract
The article examines current issues related to prosecutorial protection of the labor rights of minors. The authors analyze the specific features of the prosecutor’s human rights function in this field and address the practice of substituting employment contracts with civil law agreements. Particular attention is paid to the most common violations committed by employers, including non-payment of wages and failure to comply with legally established working conditions and rest requirements for minors. The concluding section substantiates the need to strengthen prosecutorial oversight and to further improve existing legislation in order to enhance the effectiveness of protecting the rights of underage workers.
