ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF PROTECTING MINORITY RESIDENTIAL RIGHTS BY THE PROSECUTOR

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of protecting the housing rights of minors by prosecutors, and the authors pay special attention to orphans. The study addresses the issues of determining the type of legal proceedings for resolving housing disputes involving children of this category, as well as the uncertainty of the legal status of orphans and children left without care due to the ongoing special military operation. The article concludes that there is a positive trend in the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, but existing legislative gaps reduce its effectiveness.
