Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the activities of the prosecutor's office in protecting the rights of minors. The author examines the regulatory framework for the prosecutor's activities in protecting the rights of minors, as well as practical examples of implementing measures aimed at protecting the rights of minors. The article describes the prosecutor's participation in the judicial process of protecting the rights of children in the social sphere, as well as the implementation of measures for protection in the information space.
