The article discusses the current issues of the prosecutor's protection of the rights of disabled children in various fields, with a particular focus on education and housing. The author concludes that it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the activities of the supervised bodies and the judicial practice of specific regions in order to effectively address violations in this area.
