CURRENT ISSUES OF PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS OF MINORS BY THE PROSECUTOR
Abstract
The presented article is aimed at a comprehensive analysis of topical problems of protecting the property rights of minors by the prosecutor, as one of the most vulnerable categories of citizens. Particular attention is paid to the role of the prosecutor as a leading element in the mechanism for protecting and restoring the violated rights of this social group. Some shortcomings and contradictions of the current legislation were investigated, as well as a number of other controversial issues regarding the protection of the property rights of minors by the prosecutor in court, which do not meet the needs of protecting their rights at the current stage of society's development. An opinion was expressed on the need to expand the powers of the prosecutor and improve the law in this area.
