Abstract
The article examines the legal basis and current issues of the prosecutor's participation in the arbitration process. It explores the grounds for the prosecutor's involvement in cases, their powers, and their procedural status in the arbitration process. The article also provides an opinion on the feasibility of the prosecutor's participation in cases resolved through arbitration proceedings. It analyzes the limits of the prosecutor's involvement in arbitration disputes. The article analyzes the legislation and judicial practice governing the prosecutor's participation in arbitration proceedings. It identifies the challenges in the legal regulation of this institution and suggests ways to address them.
