Abstract

This article focuses on theoretical issues related to the conclusion of purchase and sale agreements. It examines the specifics of executing purchase and sale agreements. Special attention is also given to existing problems not only in the conclusion but also in the execution of purchase and sale agreements. The article proposes a number of different solutions to these problems.
