LEGAL STATUS OF THE PROSECUTOR IN THE ARBITRATION PROCESS

Abstract

The article explores the aspects of determining the legal status of the prosecutor involved in the consideration of arbitration cases. The key difficulties arising from the participation of a representative of the judicial authorities in the arbitration process are analyzed. The fundamental principles of such participation are highlighted, as the prosecutor performs a significant function in protecting state and public interests and maintaining law and order. However, the involvement of the prosecutor in the arbitration process raises a number of questions and discussions.
